La Forme offers a unique 45-minute high-intensity, low-impact resistance training workout on a megacore reformer machines. While distinct from Pilates or yoga, those familiar with these disciplines will find our methods familiar. Consistency is paramount for optimal results. Whether you're able to commit to two or four classes per week, regular attendance is key to progress. Our workouts are designed to challenge your muscles significantly, making adequate recovery crucial. The ideal frequency depends on your individual fitness level and nutritional habits. Our knowledgeable staff can assist you in determining the most suitable membership option to align with your lifestyle and fitness goals.

Individual results vary, but clients who attend classes 2-3 times per week typically notice increased strength and visible changes within a month. Absolutely. Our classes are designed to accommodate various fitness levels, including beginners. The resistance on our equipment is adjustable, allowing newcomers to start at an appropriate level. We offer introductory classes throughout the month to familiarize you with our methods and ensure you feel confident in your practice. Regardless of your starting point, you'll leave each session feeling accomplished and invigorated.

We prioritize your health and safety. If you're recovering from an injury, we recommend obtaining clearance from your healthcare provider before participating. Once cleared, we suggest booking private sessions with our certified instructors who can provide personalized guidance and ensure a safe return to exercise.

We love mommas, no matter where you are in your journey! If you're new to reformer-based exercises, we advise against starting during pregnancy. However, if you have prior experience with similar workouts, we can accommodate you with your physician's approval.
We'll conduct an assessment based on your trimester to ensure all movements are safe and beneficial, making adjustments as you progress through pregnancy.
For postpartum clients, please consult your doctor before resuming exercise. We're here to support you in safely rebuilding your core strength when you're ready.

Yes, participants must be at least 18 years of age. This policy is in place to comply with our studio and instructor insurance requirements for this specific type of workout
First Class Questions

Creating an account is necessary to purchase and book classes. It’s super easy and only takes a few minutes (we tried to make it as few clicks as possible!). You can create an account through the La Forme app (iPhone or Android) or through the website.

Your comfort and safety mean everything to us, which is why we recommend wearing fitted workout clothes to class. Not only will this keep you secure on our mega reformers, but it also helps our dedicated instructors guide you with form cues and corrections. Think of it as giving yourself the best possible foundation for those amazing muscle-quivering moments ahead! Plus, when you can move freely without worrying about loose fabric getting in your way, you'll feel more confident focusing on each purposeful movement.
Additionally, we ask you to wear your favorite - or soon-to-be-favorite! - grippy socks. We want you to feel very secure on all surfaces. We have a variety of grippy sock sizes and prices available in our studio’s retail area.
For our members purchasing a monthly membership of 8 or more classes a month, your first pair of grippy socks are on us. Un cadeau pour toi! -
Please bring a water bottle (non-glass) and your grippy socks. Our Elkay water dispenser is available for refills and if you forget a water bottle, we have those, too! Towels are provided at the studio, so don’t sweat it if you forget yours (terrible pun… had to do it!). Finally, we offer storage options for your personal belongings during the class.

For your first class, please arrive 15 minutes before your class start to receive your orientation to the workout and studio. Regular attendees are also encouraged to arrive 5-10 minutes before class to prepare and settle in.
And if you want to relax before or after class, we have a cozy lobby seating area for you and a few of your new friends. -
Our studio at 1167 Colonnade Ctr is easily accessible and offers ample parking. We're conveniently located near the stoplight intersections of Ballas & Manchester and Blase Ave & Manchester. Detailed directions are available on our website to ensure a stress-free arrival.

For memberships:
Your membership automatically renews monthly on your initial purchase date. For example, if you started your membership on the 14th of a month, your auto renew billing is on/around the 14th of each month
View your billing date anytime in the app under "packages/purchases" or reach out to our team
Monthly membership credits refresh with each billing cycle. Contact us if we need to pause or adjust your monthly membership to align with your schedule
Used all your classes early? You're crushing it! Consider upgrading your membership or grab additional classes at special member rates through the app
Packages are one-time purchases with a set expiration date. This option does not auto renew.

We love meeting your friends! We have phenomenal introduction offers that are perfect for introducing a friend to La Forme’s workout. Please ensure you both arrive early to their first class so they have time to for an orientation to the workout, equipment, and studio before class begins.
We will also have opportunities for our members to win complimentary passes to share throughout the year. -
You can book more than one class in a day. We don’t recommend it as standard practice because recovery is important with this type of exercise.
Please know that the standard class cancellation policies apply if you are not able to attend one or more of the classes that you book.If you’re having issues finding times that work for your schedule, please let us know and we can work with you to find the right cadence and class times for your schedule.

Select the book button next to a class. If total spots remaining is not displayed then a message indicating that the class is full will appear and it will prompt you to join the waitlist.
Select the Join Waitlist button to secure a waitlist spot.

Select the Waitlist button which replaces the booking button for classes that are currently full
After selecting the Waitlist button, you'll be automatically added to the waitlist for the selected class.
Remember to cancel your waitlist if you can no longer make the class to avoid cancellation or no-show penalties.

While we don't offer refunds for single classes or class packs, you are welcome to use your classes within the allotted window (see “Terms & Conditions” for full details). For our valued monthly members, we're happy to adjust your membership type to better accommodate changes in your schedule. Give us a call or email the studio if you have questions about your situation.

We want you to love your La Forme goods, so your feedback is welcomed! As a small business, we do have a more defined return policy than your favorite national retailer. Here it goes:
Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase
Original tags must remain attached
All items undergo a quality check by our team
Accepted return items will be processed as studio credit

We absolutely adore your little ones and welcome them in our retail area when accompanied by an adult. However, for insurance and liability reasons, we cannot supervise unaccompanied minors during classes.
We understand that life happens - especially when it comes to parenting! If you encounter an unexpected child care situation (yes, even that last-minute call from the school nurse), please reach out to us. We'll gladly help reschedule your class for a time that works better for your family.
